Arla Fonden generates and shares knowledge within the field of food literacy
Why?
Creating sustainable food habits among children and young people matters. To create meaningful and lasting change, our work must be built on knowledge.
That is why we always draw on research, evidence, evaluations, and practical experience – both our own and that of others. Every initiative is developed on a solid knowledge base, helping ensure that our work is relevant, effective, and meaningful.
We also believe that knowledge should be shared. By contributing to conversations, public debate, and partnerships, we help strengthen the understanding of food literacy and inspire new ways of supporting children and young people’s relationship with food.
We generate and share knowledge in many ways, including:
• Children, Youth and Food – annual report • Food Literacy – research project • Systematic evaluations • Children’s Voice
